Average Shipping Times:
During periods of new releases and sales, we kindly request that you allow an additional 2-5 working days for dispatch in addition to the standard shipping times.
Failed Delivery Attempt and Return to Warehouse:
If a delivery attempt is made for your order but a rescheduled delivery is not arranged, resulting in the return of your parcel to our warehouse in Australia, we will issue a credit note for the full value of the order. This credit note will have no expiration date. To give you the best chance to re-purchase the items, we will hold the returned items for 7 days.
Please note, we are unable to offer reshipment or a refund in these cases. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information to avoid any delays with delivery.
