Contact our dedicated customer care team at: firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intent to return your items with the following details: Full name, order ID number, details of all the item(s) you wish to return and reason. Our friendly customer care team will respond with the next steps in processing your return.
We will issue a full refund on item(s) provided they are returned to our facility within 14 days.
Refunds / online store credit - can take up to 5 business days to process, you will receive an email notification when your credit is finalised.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT ON SALE?
Items purchased on sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. We will happily provide an exchange or refund for sale items deemed faulty or incorrect sizing. All prices for items on sale are only valid during the sale period and as such Força Active do not credit or refund a price difference for items purchased outside of that sale period.
CONDITION OF RETURN:
Apparel must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached and / or packaging, non-perfumed, deodorant or washing powder & free of marks. If the tags are removed, the item no longer qualifies for return.
We will provide a return shipping label for item(s) deemed faulty. Please be advised that all postage and handling costs for change of mind will be incurred by the customer.
