REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to our facility within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet our return conditions, your refund or store credit will be processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method or for your store credit to be finalised. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
RETURN SHIPPING
We offer a return shipping label for items deemed faulty. Please note, shipping and handling costs for returns due to a change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents, marks, or alterations. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Items missing tags or showing signs of wear will not qualify for a return.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. However, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund for sale items that are deemed faulty. Sale prices apply only during the promotional period.
